Job Description:

As a Solar Sales Representative at Wats Solar, you will play a pivotal role in promoting solar energy solutions and driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, presenting our solar products and services to potential customers, and ultimately closing sales. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about clean energy and want to make a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, referrals, online research, and attending industry events.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Wats Solar's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and value to potential customers.

3. Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations, tailoring your pitch to address the specific needs and goals of each customer.

4. Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer requirements and recommend customized solar solutions that meet their energy needs and financial goals.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the sales process.

6. Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas established by Wats Solar.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives related to solar energy.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress.

9. Customer Education: Educate customers about the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy and the various financing options available.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

- Passion for clean energy and sustainability.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of solar technology and financing options is a plus.
